As you probably know at this point, I spent 10 days of June in Puerto Rico, and I have so much to share on my blog from it. I have already posted up my favourite Bikini looks, which you can see here, and now it is time for all of my evening looks.
My first look to share is this adorable denim skater dress. My sister Tara let me borrow this from her wardrobe, and it is the perfect holiday dress as it is light and floaty and really pretty.
My next dress is from my Zara holiday haul, and is one of the most comfortable dresses I have ever worn. It is a swing dress so it is very loose and flowy.
A last-minute purchase before I headed away, I found this simple and beautiful black maxi dress in H&M. I wanted to share the back in particular as it is so pretty. The shape is very flattering, as it cinches at the waist and flows everywhere else. I actually ended up wearing this dress when flying home as it was just so comfortable.
Another outfit from my sister’s wardrobe, and I particularly loved wearing this one. I am not usually one to wear crop tops, but the skirt hit my waist in the exact right place which meant that the look was really flattering. Another bonus for the skirt was that it had pockets!
Another piece from my Zara haul, this pattern skirt was a fun thing to wear and I only needed to pair it with a really simple top. This was a casual night and I stuck to gladiator flats (Puerto Rico is very hilly so heels are a nightmare to wear!)
On this night I had decided to nap instead of taking the time to dry and style my hair, hence the damp hair in the pics! I really tried to avoid any clothing was very fitted or tight, so this skater dress in its light cotton material was a great find in Penneys.
Who doesn’t love a little black dress? I picked up this simple piece in Topshop before my holidays and this was my first time wearing it. Luckily I brough a belt as without one I felt a little frumpy in it.
A similar skirt to the Zara one above, but this is a heavier tapestry skirt that I found in Penneys. This was another casual night, and I chose to wore a denim shirt with it as the weather was breezy and cool that evening. I am also wearing my Mango pieces of jewellery which I shared in my last post.
If you follow my blog, than you have seen this outfit before. I wore this exact look to the Irish Beauty Blog awards in May, and I love when I get a couple of wears out of pieces, especially something as classic as a black and white stripe skater dress.
Flying in comfort! I should have held up my passport cover which is also leopard, for this picture.
As you can see there was a lot of pieces from Penneys on that trip, I had won a €100 voucher from Image magazine a couple of months ago, so it all went towards holiday clothes. There was also a lot of Hollister which is borrowed from my sisters who work there.
I am almost finished posting about Puerto Rico, but keep an eye out for one more blog from my trip.
