It feels like April was so long ago, which is one of the reasons why I love to do these Instagram round ups, as it gives me a chance to look back and appreciate my days a little more. Plus I don’t blog about as much things as I could, so this lets me touch on a couple of things that I haven’t shared with you all this blog.
The month started on a high, with visiting the Bord Gais Theatre to see Jersey Boys with Conor and his parents. I love strolling around the Grand Canal dock, but not as much as I love the music of Frankie Valli and the four seasons. This is the second time I have seen this musical and I recommend it to everyone!
I love getting when my packages are this fun! My new Real Techniques sculpting brush, which I reviewed here.
I cannot explain to you how happy this picture makes me! I was facetiming with Conor and I put Smokey in front of the screen, because I am a crazy cat lady, and Conor screenshot it. Anytime I need a little pick me up I just take a look at this pic and usually laugh to myself!
Summer kind of started in April, where we had some beautiful sunny days, although it was quite chilly. I love days where my tough decision is to choose which pair of sunglasses to commit to for the day! (Ray Ban, Marc Jacobs, Ray Ban).
As a Crazy Cat Lady I obviously NEED this mug in my life! Don’t quit your daydream ❤
I shared this look on my blog in April and it is from a night out in Cork while staying in the Maryborough Hotel. All of the details are here.
This stunning mural was put up on Georges St in Dublin, to celebrate love in the run up to the marriage equality referendum in Ireland this May. To read why I am voting YES, click here.
We have been three musketeers since we were 18 years old (almost a decade now!) Karl & Debs are two of my best friends who I don’t get to see that often, but when we get together we have the best time!
Mirror moment! I treated myself to a new pair of indigo jeans from Zara and it is the first time I am out of black jeans in almost a year! I love them.
Tiny cheesecake makes me happy! Do I need to say more?
Spike earrings from Mango, they are dainty and tough at the same time!
Looking at this pic of my new Marc Jacobs gold case saddens me a little as I have already cracked two of the corners! I think my hand is too small to hold the iPhone 6, I need to go back to the 4! Shop here.
Who doesn’t love cocktails in the sun? I enjoyed a little day time drinking with one of the girls and we had a very enjoyable day in House on Lesson st and then made our way to Sophie’s rooftop bar.
I was so happy to attend one of my besties daughter’s christening. The reception was in the Chandelier bar in Dundrum and I couldn’t resist a bathroom selfie with this beautiful wallpaper.
Canadian Tux is one of my go to looks, I actually wear this look CONSTANTLY! I love double denim.
Spring has sprung! I love seeing bright floral in the garden after a long winter.
I temporarily dyed my hair all brown again this month. I want to go back brown permanently but I decided to use a casting creme gloss to help decide what shade colour I wanted to go. You can see my full blog post here.
Tuesday shoesday: I was stalking ASOS for about 2 months waiting for my size to come back in stock for these snake print, pointy toe Chelsea boots. See them here.
Another pic to showcase my brown hair, but also a selfie from the christening I mentioned above.
Doesn’t he look like the weight of the world is on his little cat shoulders?! My little Smokey bear is just the sweetest. ❤
Spring means Cherry Blossoms! So pretty.
I won a twitter competition on Image magazine for a €100 Penneys voucher but they ended up sending me the most amazing package packed with magazines, candles, ice-cube trays, bags and more!
Another pair of shoes that I was lusting after for months and had to buy the minute they were back in stock in my size! See more here.
Looking back over April I actually managed to pack quite a lot in over a short month, and did a little more shopping than I thought!
Thanks for checking out my post,
