This summer is obviously drastically different from last year, seeing as I was living in Las Vegas then. One of the biggest differences is down to the clothing I can comfortably wear. For anyone who has ever lived in a desert climate, you will understand that when it gets hot, it is IMPOSSIBLE to wear jeans or more than one layer of clothing, and even then you can feel over dressed. Now that I am back in Ireland I really like the warm days where I can dress summery and put together bright outfits while still layering my looks.
Last Friday was a beautiful and sunny day in Dublin. I was meeting a friend for lunch and I was excited to break out my new white ripped jeans.

This is a new way for me to wear double denim (I think I have a denim problem, see other double denim posts here and here). I also love the ripped jeans trend and this pair was a bargain from Penneys. This was the first time I wore these jeans and I know as I continue to wear them the rips will become larger and more frayed. I will have to ensure that my legs are appropriately tanned the next time I wear them. Speaking of tan, on this day I was wearing the new Cocoa Brown one hour tan in a darker shade which I LOVE! I am totally obsessed with the Cocoa Brown range, you can check out my other reviews here.
I recently did my own balayage hair colour for Summer, read my step by step guide here.
Last week I reviewed an Urban Decay Naked 2 palette dupe, In the Buff from W7 Makeup, and used this palette to create a light brown and bronze smokey eye.
To match my raspberry bag, I wore Victoria’s Secret shiny lip gloss.
