Feeling Preppy

Recently my youngest sister turned 18 (this makes me feel VERY OLD ) and to celebrate me and my two sisters went into town and enjoyed an amazing meal at Havanas in Dublin.

The weather has been incredibly cold in Dublin so I needed to wrap up warm and put on my thickest tights!

(since moving home I still have to find a good spot for my mirror selfies so I apologise for the poor quality)

What I wore:

A simple cream blouse from Penneys/Primark (similar here)

Black tights: Marks and Spencer

Leopard print shoes from YSL (similar here)

This look was almost like a school uniform, the aline skirt and the blouse tucked in, although I did swap out the tie for a chunky gold necklace that belongs to one of my sisters.

We were all wrapping up warm with our cosy coats faux fur snood (from asos)

The cocktails, food and of course, Chiros at Havanas tapas bar were amazing! I enjoyed Cosmopolitans, potatoes Alioli and and Shrimps and Quails egg salad along with delicious dips, pestos and breads. I am not the most adventurous eater which is why I love tapas bars, I can go wild and order Quails egg (which I had never tried before) and just incase I don’t like it (thankfully I did, it was delicious), I still have some other options to eat!

Had a fantastic night and loved strolling through Dublin and taking in the all of the Christmas decorations and lights.

It can be tough to dress well in this cold climate, what are you wearing this winter???

Thank you for reading,
